CHARLESTON ? A health advisory has been issued by the West Virginia Department of Health & Human Resources confirming the first case of the ?Chikungunya Virus? in West Virginia.

According to the advisory, the person traveled to Haiti and became symptomatic upon return to the United States.

Over 20 states and territories of the U.S. have reported imported cases, the advisory stated...
