...In 2003 he developed pancreatitis and fell into a diabetic coma. His body never really recovered from that. At the end of December, 2013, he became dizzy and his sister called an ambulance to take him to Evergreen Health Medical Center. He had congestive heart failure, labored breathing, influenza, and was heavily sedated during his entire stay. After several days, he was beginning to improve, but on Saturday evening, his influenza - in conjunction with his heart and imbalanced electrolytes - resulted in a heart attack. Within one hour he was gone...
