Respiratory diseases attack central children
More than 85 percent of children in the mountainous area of Nam Tra My District are suffering reparatory diseases, central Quang Nam Province?s Department of Health said Sunday.
A group of community health experts made the finding after randomly choosing Tra Don, Tra Tap and Tra Nam communes to conduct a health survey.
More than 65 percent of children under five were also suffering from diarrhea and most mothers in the three communes did not know how to take care of their kids when they got sick.
