Many children hospitalized due to weather
Recent days, the number of children to Bach Mai Hospital Pediatrics examination as cough, fever has increased by about 30% compared with before. In particular, some children with severe, hospitalized in a state of breathlessness, respiratory failure, pneumonia.

Dr. Nguyen Tien Dung, Chief of Pediatrics, Bach Mai Hospital, the number of children to health services outside working hours also increased, up to 60 children each night, especially on Sunday the 7th and then maybe even up to 100 children. Children visit mainly by viral fever and respiratory infections.

Cause increasing the number of children infected by the weather is changing seasons from summer to collect, the rain suddenly, the temperature change during the day, hot lunch, dinner and re-freezing air near the light. Children are not adapted to keep up with this change so easily infected. Especially children under 6 months old, prone to complications, adverse changes in the disease quickly, difficult to anticipate.
