Nearly 10 years now, dozens of residents living near the landfill north lump, lump in the town, Can Loc district, Ha Tinh province always suffered UE valve smell rises from this landfill. All kinds of garbage, flies, rotting carcasses from landfill to cause serious pollution, adverse impacts on their lives. ......
....As well as people from 12 towns reflect lump, this beach is not just contain garbage of the town, but also the point of "litter" of those farms with livestock and poultry diseases when death.
