IMF calls for a conference to re-negotiate the world banking system.

Currency wars are coming.

On video: nice, political lingo. "Assistance" and "stimulus" are really words for the extension of debt to already poor countries - further enslaving the next generation.

Probably pushing a one global digital currency so the stronger economies can more easily support the weaker economies under the control of the IMF digital currency. A click of the button. Nothing prevents the stronger economies from independently supporting the weaker economies now. And they do.

This seems an anti-competitive stance. i.e. no competition to the new global IMF currency by other digital currencies like bitcoin, or US digital currency, or UK digital currency, etc.

Be warned. Bailout loans are not gifts. They are control.

Carefully listen between the lines.
