The Virginia Department of Health (VDH) is warning travelers who were in Dulles Airport on January 3 or Reagan National Airport on January 4 to stay alert for signs of measles if they never received a vaccine.

A traveler with a now-confirmed case of the highly contagious illness passed through the international arrivals area of Dulles between 4 and 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 3. The person then was in Terminal A at National between 2:30 and 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 4.

The VDH is working to contact all passengers who were on the flights with the sick person.​..

The Alexandria Health Department is warning residents of the potential for a measles outbreak, after another traveler with the viral infection was reported at Washington Dulles International Airport last month...

Suburban Hospital Emergency Department (8600 Old Georgetown Road), on Jan. 27 from 7 to 11 p.m...

DC Health officials warn of measles exposures in the District

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Health officials in the District are investigating a potential measles outbreak in Northwest D.C.

An infected individual visited multiple locations in D.C. while contagious. DC Health released the alert just hours after a similar warning was issued in Arlington.

ARLINGTON COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — Health officials are warning residents in Arlington that they might have been exposed to measles while grocery shopping last week.

The Arlington County Public Health Division (ACPHD) said a person with a confirmed case had visited a Harris Teeter while contagious. Though the person is from another state, ACPHD issued a warning Friday that people who visited the store might have been exposed.

Listed below are the date, times, and location of the potential exposure site associated with this case of measles:
