SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - A health alert for Utah parents. Hospitals are reporting more cases of a serious illness affecting babies. It's called hMPV. It's an infection that causes severe bronchiolitis, and doctors say it's on the rise in infants.

Max and Matt are twin brothers. Today, they are playful, but the last few days they have been fighting a virus we know little about. ?It's been crazy,? said Lori Blood, their mother.

They came down with human Metapneumovirus or hMPV, which attacks your respiratory system. Research on this disease began in 2001. Doctors here in Utah have only been tracking it for about 5 years...
