USDA to battle 25,000 to 30,000 crows in Rochester, NY without using poisons

Gregg Soucie, a member of Occupy Rochester said that the huge group of crows that had been bothering his camp disappeared even before the USDA program began. (But so did the trees the birds were roosting in.)
