No chemicals identified yet, in spite of the fact that responding firemen were among the injured. There are a couple of new theories in the article, since the timing for this being from cleaning products may not be realistic, (at least looking at the information believed to known at this point.)

This is the 3rd incident since 2005 in which carbon dioxide is believed to have caused people to die or pass out at McDonald's restaurants.

This recent case was only solved because a fire chief that responded to a previous case in AZ called and shared his experience, according to the story.
