LYNNWOOD, Wash. - A 26-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly tied up his 4-year-old stepdaughter and shot her more than 36 times with an Airsoft pellet rifle, according to court documents.

The girl told her grandmother that Tedder had hog-tied her and shot her with a pellet gun, and that she had cried from the pain, court documents say.
An investigation discovered that Tedder owns an Airsoft AR-15 style rifle, and it's believed this was used to fire pellets at the girl.

The girl told police that her mom left the house when Tedder was shooting at her with the gun because "she doesn't want to hear her cry," court documents say....
