In addition to Ebola (which is unlikely for many reasons), there are quite a few things that are endemic in Nigeria, but would result in a quarantine if you brought them into the USA.

Cholera, Lassa, polio, and meningoccoal disease are the first few that come to mind.

Health officials: 'Extremely unlikely' Kansas City patient has Ebola

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -
The Kansas City Health Department said they are monitoring and keeping a close eye on a patient who may have contracted a contagious virus.

Spokesman Jeff Hershberger said it is extremely unlikely that this person has Ebola because of their travel history and lack of symptoms. It is unknown at this time what the patient is suffering from or if anyone else is sick.

This comes after a Kansas City apartment building was sealed off about 9:30 p.m. Saturday when a person who lived there became seriously ill with something that may be contagious, a source close to KCTV5 News says.

The building is located in the 3600 block of East Meyer Boulevard on the city's east side.

The person was transported to Research Medical Center Brookside Campus. All or part of the medical facility was then quarantined, a source close to the situation said.
