Measles Case Count - Heading for a Measles Outbreak Record?

...the recent measles case count in Minnesota is now at least 14, which means the United States total is more like 44.
In comparison, last year there were only 4 reports of measles in the U.S. by the beginning of April.
In 2009, the measles case count was also only 4 cases at this point in the year.
Even in 2008, a record year for measles in the U.S., with a total of 140 measles cases for the year, there were only 7 cases at the beginning of April.
If we are one-third of the way to our previous measles record in just the 13th week of the year, what does that mean for the rest of the year?
Keep in mind that as the measles case counts get higher...
