CRESTVIEW, Fla. -- Twin Hills Park in Crestview will be closed for a minimum of 60 days after city officials ordered the closure on Tuesday due to confirmation of bird flu among the park's duck population.

"After reports of multiple deceased ducks found in the immediate area around the eastern pond, Crestview Animal Services began an investigation into the ducks' cause of death. A necropsy was performed at the Bronson Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory, which falls under the Florida Department of Agriculture. The pathology results show the duck tested positive for avian influenza A," the City of Crestview stated in a release...
