Editor-in-Chief & President
Beginning October 20, 2022, CDC will report and publish aggregate case and death data, and line level data where applicable, from jurisdictional and state partners on a weekly basis rather than daily.

As a result, this COVID Data Tracker tab will be refreshed every week, on Thursdays, by 8PM ET, instead of daily.

In addition, hospitalization, vaccination, and testing metrics will not be available to overlay on other available metrics on the US and State Trends page until weekly versions of these metrics are released in the coming weeks. Daily versions of these metrics are still available on other pages of COVID Data Tracker.
