Raigmore Hospital hit by new superbug cases

TWO patients are in isolation at Raigmore Hospital in Inverness after contracting a superbug.
A third patient was also diagnosed with Clostridium difficile (C.diff) forcing surgical ward 4C to be closed to new admissions on Wednesday.
It is the same ward that was closed in January this year when six patients contracted the superbug.
NHS Highland insist the latest incident it is not an outbreak because the cases are not linked.
Deep cleaning of the ward has begun...
