Wrexham lambing event probed after disease outbreak

Public health officials are investigating 12 cases of a disease in people who attended a farming and "lamb petting" event in Wrexham.

Four more suspected cases of cryptosporidium are being investigated by Public Health Wales and Wrexham council.

Those who became ill visited Erddig Hall in the last two months.
Health officials said there was no ongoing risk and it will continue to monitor the situation.
