Emmanuel Kasaga the man who was reported suffering from a strange disease has been transferred to Mulago national referral hospital for further management.

Kasaga who is suffering from a strange skin disease causing cracks on the skin and wounds which are rotting visible maggots has been receiving minimal treatment by neighbours in Masaka until yesterday.

Friends and relatives who have been treating Kasaga with cosmetic powder expressed dissatisfaction at the neglect by government to run to the rescue of Kasaga.
