U. of Iowa student ill after white powder exposure
Substance opened by counselor in Upward Bound program

UPDATE: The State Hygienic Lab is set to examine a ?suspicious material? found in Stanley Hall earlier today after first responders received information about the unknown substance.

State lab says white powder at U of I not harmful

The substance was sent to a lab in Ankeny for further verification.
