A 39-year-old pregnant woman with underlying medical conditions was one of two new deaths attributed in part to the swine flu, county health officials said yesterday.
A 35-year-old man, also with underlying medical conditions, was the other person to die.
That raises to 30 the number of deaths attributed, at least in part, to the swine flu in San Diego County; 27 of them were local residents. A total of 417 people have been hospitalized for treatment of the H1N1 virus.
