In Tokat, a 21-year-old young man who was taken into treatment for suspected Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever (CCHF) after a tick bite died at the hospital he was transferred to after his condition worsened. At the funeral of the young man, who was laid to rest in Zile, attention was drawn to the fact that the body was not removed from the vehicle due to the risk of disease transmission.
