Four of the cases who were in serious condition have been evacuated to the Kara University Hospital since July 27 for adequate care. Unfortunately, one patient out of the 04 died as a result of this disease.

Various investigations at the patients' homes revealed other symptomatic cases with signs of abdominal pain, fever, and vomiting. These patients were quickly referred to the Kantè CHP for appropriate care.
