تعرضت منطقة التبت ذاتية الحكم الواقعة جنوب الصين الغربي الليلة الماضية إلي هزة أرضية بلغت قوتها 5.5 درجة علي مقياس ريختر فيما لم ترد بعد أنباء عن سقوط ضحايا بشرية أو وقوع خسائر مادية.​
