Three years girl dies from flu A-H1N1 in Nis

NIS - Children's Doctors of Internal medicine and Clinic for Infectious Diseases, did not confirm today that a three-year old girl from Vranje, who died last week, was infected with A (H1N1).

She was transferred from Vranje in Nis in serious condition.

'The girl was admitted with multiple organ failure with a high body temperature, "said Director of Children's Internal medicine Ljiljana Pejčić.

She explained that the girls died in laboratory confirmed influenza virus A (H1N1).

Number of patients with influenza is declining among adults, and continuity was retained only disease among children, doctors have estimated Nis.

Director of the Clinic for Infectious Diseases, Professor. Dr. Zarko Rankovic said to be in the clinic is located six patients, four in intensive care, three of which are on respirators. He noted that the number of patients with clinical signs of influenza has decreased significantly in recent days.
