PITTSBURGH -- A Fayette County man is fighting for his life, but has the support of thousands joining his fight through Facebook.
David Sechrist, a 30-year-old dispatcher at an ambulance company, has been on a respirator at Allegheny General Hospital while battling both pneumonia and the H1N1 flu....more at the link.
