I don't want to burst anyone's bubble here but in the history of man the norm has been the situation where the elite take advantage of the general population.

This is nothing new.

Only after the magna carta were the rights, or freedoms, of the common man acknowledged. In 1215.

So...really we have been in a constant struggle against the oppression of the rich and powerful since the beginning of time. What makes the current situation a little different is technology. It both helps and hurts regular people.

Imho the biggest thing the average person can do for freedom is to pay off debts. Live within your means. Banks, the investor class, are not your friends.

I wish the Epoch Times would not require an email or google account sign in. This is another list to be placed on. All any government has to do is grab the email registration list from Epoch's servers and there you are. They need to drop the sign in requirement. I would like to view the video but I am not going to sign up my email account to do it. I agree in theory that we have been in "fifth-generation warfare gradient" - for decades. The difference now is that commercial and non-profit enterprises have upped their game so it is very hard to distinguish facts from fiction. The only way to ascertain reality is to read and view a broad spectrum of data on a regular basis. The truth is usually eventually exposed in time.
 
Sorry it too me so long to reply to this. I've been busy with my granddaughter and living life outside the matrix! Despite the ever evolving global crisis that is threatening democracies across the world.

That said, no doubt we are all on a list of some sort as the push for a Chinese style social credit system, digital ID, and digital currency draws ever closer to becoming a reality.

Fifth Generation Warfare, unrestricted warfare as the CCP calls it, is relatively new. In the past, we didn't' have the technology to pull it off. Now, sadly, we do have this new capacity and we are using it effectively to kill off the global population. It is terrifying.

It is hard to destroy your own cause and feel righteous while doing so, yet the American left has done it. After more than two centuries at the vanguard of the struggle for freedom, the American left, broadly defined, executed a volte face and embraced anti-working-class policies marketed as purely technical public health measures.

For two years the left has championed policies of surveillance and exclusion in the form of: punitive vaccine mandates, invasive vaccine passports, socially destructive lockdowns, and radically unaccountable censorship by large media and technology corporations. For the entire pandemic, leftists and liberals – call them the Lockdown Left – cheered on unprecedented levels of repression aimed primarily at the working class – those who could not afford private schools and could not comfortably telecommute from second homes.

Almost the entire left intelligentsia has remained psychically stuck in March 2020. Its members have applauded the new biosecurity repression and calumniated as liars, grifters, and fascists any and all who dissented. Typically, they did so without even engaging evidence and while shirking public debate. Among the most visible in this has been Noam Chomsky, the self-described anarcho-syndicalist who called for the unvaccinated to “remove themselves from society,” and suggested that they should be allowed to go hungry if they refuse to submit. [1]

In Jacobin, a magazine claiming to support the working class in all its struggles, Branko Marcetic demanded the unvaccinated be barred from public transportation: “one obvious course of action is for Biden to make vaccines a requirement for mass transport.” [2] Journalist Doug Henwood has scolded the unvaccinated with: “Get over your own bloated sense of self-importance.” [3] But Henwood has championed shutting down all of society in the name of safety, while refusing to engage counter-arguments – a combination that suggests a bloated sense of self-importance of his own...
 
We must never forget what they have done and resist what they are so desperately trying to do. Global non-compliance will set us free.

Admittedly the focus of that particular discussion from the EU parliament was peripheral to the main focus of this thread, though the Great Reset, and Agenda 2030 were mentioned as influencing the direction of what's happening both in the US and the EU. I hope you had a chance to listen to the discussion as it is critically important to understanding the larger picture of what we are all facing.

Overall, nonviolent campaigns were twice as likely to succeed as violent campaigns: they led to political change 53% of the time compared to 26% for the violent protests.

This was partly the result of strength in numbers. Chenoweth argues that nonviolent campaigns are more likely to succeed because they can recruit many more participants from a much broader demographic, which can cause severe disruption that paralyses normal urban life and the functioning of society.

In fact, of the 25 largest campaigns that they studied, 20 were nonviolent, and 14 of these were outright successes. Overall, the nonviolent campaigns attracted around four times as many participants (200,000) as the average violent campaign (50,000)....
