The Geezes are this morning reaching the 47th paralell

Strange feeling, after waiting for them 1 month the geezes are arriving this morning following the Red River atthe 47th at a pace of 4 minutes for each group of 500 to 800.

They sound and look fine.

Although I am bound South today, I will go at their resting Area tomorrow night and share what there isto witness.

At least this time the First Nation CHief will not ask ''Where are the Geezes''.

The migration is remarkedly split this year.

I am just a little 3 hours road south form your location and I first saw wild geeses fly here last month at the end of march,a lot of them. (2 days after others posters from another site report some in southern Ontario)

Then it was quiet for the whole april.

Last week-end I saw 4 geeses flight formation over here, this is maybe those one that you see yesterday ?

Why did they come in two such waves ?
Maybe they took a wind blowing from the south...
