[h=2]Highlights[/h] ?Most significant change in the evolution of airborne virus evolution is the rapid growth of the Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations. ?Changes in the host?environment and the disease ecology are creating novel transmission patterns and selection of genetic traits. ?The best defense against pandemic of Emerging Infectious Diseases (EIDs) is the constant monitoring of CAFOs.
