The aedes aegypti mosquito, transmitter of dengue, is no longer the same: it has strengthened in recent years.
Now is "flyweight" admitted the Secretary of Health, H?ctor Ponce Ramos.
Before he only appeared in the hot season, the cold eradicated, not now, resists freezing temperatures and up to high places has migrated from the center of the Republic.
"The mosquito has mutated, there have been changes to it. We said that did not survive in high places and we've seen. We find in Queretaro, Hidalgo, Mexico state," he said.
"The mosquito has changed their life cycle. There have been mutations, became resistant. When did this problem in Sinaloa, where the first fall breeze that was it for dengue and now it seems that dengue has established its defense mechanisms as Every living organism and has adapted to the circumstances we have, "he said.
