Texas Reporting 25th death, Hidalgo County

This is a little confusing, so someone might want to double check my logic, but I am getting a new death in Texas by this process:

Deaths. There have been 24 people with H1N1 who have died in Texas. July: two women from Hidalgo County and one woman from Bell County. June: one Cameron County woman; one Travis County man; three men and one woman from El Paso County; one man, three women and one boy from Hidalgo County; two women and one man from Bexar County; and one Victoria County woman. May: one man and one woman from El Paso County, one Fort Bend County girl, one Cameron County woman, and one Nueces County man. April: A young boy from Mexico City died in a Houston-area hospital.

It looks right to me. I can't imagine that your #23 and #25 are duplicates because they were reported two days apart and in two different counties. If Texas double counted cases in Hildago County, then they missed the El Paso County death, which would mean they made two different mistakes. I say we go with 25 until we get more details one way or the other.
