Two New Deaths From H1N1 Flu Reported (Texas)
WESLACO - Health officials say a teenaged boy and a woman in her 30's both died from the H1N1 last week in Hidalgo County.
The Regional Director of the Texas Department Of Health, Dr. Brian Smith says while some of the interest in the virus has gone away, the threat is still there.
"The threat is still there, the public health measures are every bit as important as they ever were." says Dr. Smith.
Dr. Smith says everyone should stay on top of the threat, by practicing prevention, and taking care of any symptoms they may have.
