?You look in that mirror and see your teeth aren't where they used to be. Your face is bleeding really bad, and you realize this isn't a time where I can just call mom,? Henry said.
...
?I would not take this accident back,? Henry said. ?It opens your eyes so much to the reality of life isn't a guarantee.?

Henry and her mother believe it was perspective that helped her recover so quickly.

?I only allowed progress,? Henry said. ?Nothing else was allowed. Recovery was all that I was going to do.?
...
While Henry doesn't consider herself an inspiration to others, she hopes she can help others by sharing her experience.

?Me just talking to them and then hearing my story and seeing how quickly I recovered, if that could just make them feel better about themselves then it would be a dream come true to me,? Henry said.

So what has she learned from all of this?

?Don't harbor hate for anyone because small little things like this can just take them away so quickly,? Henry said.
