Taipei, Jan. 19 (CNA) Another pregnant woman in Taiwan has died of influenza A (H1N1) , bringing the total to 10 since the flu outbreak began, the Central Epidemic Command Center reported Tuesday.
According to the center, the woman was not immunized against the H1N1 virus.

The woman's health continued deteriorating after her baby was stillborn earlier this month and she succumbed to the infection a few days later, the center said.

Pregnant women are considered to be one of the groups most vulnerable to the H1N1 virus and have accounted for more than a quarter of Taiwan's 38 H1N1 casualties to date.

The center is scheduled to host a news conference on the case Tuesday afternoon.
