Catfish farmer arrested for using chicken as feed

TAIPEI, Taiwan -- A freshwater catfish farmer in Yunlin County has been arrested by the National Police Agency's (NPA) 7th Corps, 3rd Battalion, 2nd Squadron after illegally using chicken carcasses and chicken intestines as feed for his catfish. Police reported yesterday that the man was detained on Feb. 1 during a routine patrol.
