Swine flu is now in all four of Newfoundland and Labrador's health regions.
Provincial health officials have confirmed 45 cases of H1N1 influenza.
In July, the provincial Health Department confirmed two new cases of swine flu in the Labrador-Grenfell Health region. They're the first known H1N1 infections in that area.
The cases were identified in western and central Labrador. Health officials won't say exactly which communities the two cases were found in. They believe there have been more cases in Labrador that have not been identified.
"We believe that it probably has been circulating in Labrador already and that just these two cases have been picked up because for most people, cases have been mild to moderate," said Dr. Muna Ar-Rushdi, Labrador Grenfell Health's Medical Health Officer.
Aboriginal groups in Labrador have been preparing for the swine flu ever since the outbreak began.
There's concern that the flu could spread quickly through coastal Labrador's aboriginal communities.
