國家衛生部23日通報，福建出現一宗外地傳入甲型H1N1流感疑似個案，患者是一名住在福建省福州 長樂市的3歲女童。患者20日下午2時，與家人在紐約乘國泰航班CX841抵港，在機場停留約3小時後，轉乘港龍KA662航班回福建，隨後患兒與家人一 起乘坐出租車回到福州長樂市家中。21日上午8時，女童出現急性呼吸道感染症狀，體溫達攝氏39度，因此立即送到福州長樂市醫院感染科隔離治療。福州市疾 控中心和福建省疾控中心於22日採集患者樣本檢測，今日確診。
目前已找到出租車司機，並對患者家屬及其他密切接觸者，合共8人已接受定點醫學觀察。
京滬重點 監察留學生
另方面，北京短時間內相繼發現輸入個案，該市疾病預防控制中心主任鄧瑛昨天表示，目前北京不會提高 防控級別，而中心已派4名專業人員駐守機場檢疫局，每天對從甲型H1N1流感發病率較高的地區或國家飛抵北京的航班旅客進行篩查，重點是15歲至25歲的 留學生和外出人員。他說，目前北京的防控工作有效，大大減少在社會傳播的潛在危險。
上海市防控甲型H1N1新聞工作小組今日透露，昨日乘坐台灣復興航空GE336航班抵滬的發燒乘 客，其快速測試的結果全為陰性，另外29名乘客與2名機組人員亦已解除醫學觀察。機上共有132名乘客，坐在16D座位的男乘客出境時有發燒症狀，立即被 送往醫院檢疫隔離。而該名男乘客前後3排的29名乘客，以及服務16D區段的兩名機組人員需要到酒店進行隔離。
