Local

Practical analytical RESU?TADOS EXPECT TO DECEDENT
Nurse died madrynense

After nearly a month of prolonged agony, the nurse finally died of private sanatorium in the city of Puerto Madryn, but still would not have come to the province the result of the swab with respect to whether there was a case of Influenza A H1N1 or another serological type of virus, which could be confirmed in the coming hours.
According to information collected by this method, the nurse stayed for almost one months housed in the intensive care of the sanatorium where he was employed under symptoms of severe respiratory insufficiency, which failed to be reversed despite the efforts made by their doctors coworkers. That information shows that there are very high probability that the epidemiological link has been the patient's place of work, by which, in preliminary laboratory analysis showed it would be type A, it was decided to suspend all scheduled for surgery enter the building to prevent people without symptoms of respiratory diseases.
The death of the woman allegedly took place at 20 am Sunday, according to the symptoms diagnosed by the physicians that attended the demonstrations would be highly functional overlap with the H1N1 virus.

Widespread dispersion, and increasing high-intensity

While the Provincial Epidemiological Operations Center (COE) expects this result to determine if this death is added to the list of deaths caused by pandemic influenza A H1N1 was confirmed that from 28 weeks of the year there are four other countries with dispersion geographical spread of this type of influenza virus with respect to week 27 (Colombia, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay).
But from the Ministry of Health of the Nation, makes sure you have record of intensity of activity in acute respiratory disease only for 15 countries. Of these, Argentina and Chile are those with very high intensity, while Canada, El Salvador, Mexico, Paraguay and Uruguay are with high intensity.
In turn, and according to data centralized by the World Health Organization, 34 of the 35 countries of the Region of the Americas, reported confirmed cases of pandemic virus (H1N1) 2009, of which Chile and Argentina have a widespread dispersion, a growing trend and a very high intensity. In 19 countries the geographical dispersion is considered widespread, 6 countries have an increasing trend and two very high intensity, although the WHO does not recommend any travel restrictions or the closure of borders in relation to the pandemic (H1N1) 2009.

Within a week, 50 new cases

Regarding the situation in the province of Chubut, it was learned that last week the Institute Malbr?n reported a total of 56 scores of those sent to establish whether the test set prior to influenza type A H1N1 or not it is actually, of which 50 were positive and 6 negative
That amount made in the province will raise the level of 74 confirmed positive and 60 negative cases of Influenza A H1N1.
Anyway, the official results arrived last week to the provincial Ministry of Health are not immediate, such as the 50 new cases had onset of symptoms between June 28 and July 2 last for more than 25 days.
While the unofficial reports that nearly a favorable evolution of patients for the most part, none of the survivors are currently in a period of transmissibility, and a total of joining the list of deceased patients.
The fatal victim, is the town of Trelew and was incorporated into the risk group by age of older than 50 years with comorbidities.
The record of 74 total cases, is related to the epidemiological week 26, 22 to June 28, when the province recorded the highest peak number of cases of influenza-like illness, which was reported in National Surveillance System, a total of 5924 cases.
For now, Puerto Madryn officially recognized and presented with findings of the Institute Malbr?n with 9 positive cases, 36 Esquel, El Hoyo, 4 C. 10 rivadavia, 4 Rawson, Trelew 8 Gaiman 1 Corcovado and 1.
