Pregnant died with symptoms of influenza A H1N1

A woman seven months pregnant died this morning in the hospital district of this city. Was placed yesterday with flu-like symptoms. It is a suspected case of influenza A H1N1. However, the hospital does not have the elements to confirm or exclude the table.

CDE dies in a child with pneumonia

One child under 7 years, was suffering from hydrocephalus, died at dawn yesterday with suspected symptoms of influenza A H1N1.

The lowest is Ciudad del Este and joined last July 8 at the local hospital of the Institute of Social Security. It was, however, moved to the Italian Hospital in the capital, because they required a place in intensive care.

The girl was taken when suffering from a severe pneumonia, but did not survive and died in the early hours of Thursday after seven days of hospitalization.

Health authorities are awaiting laboratory results to confirm that it is the new subtype of influenza, although it was confirmed that suffered the type A.

Attorney White Villalba, Department of Epidemiology of the tenth health region, said his case was as a "probable case of influenza A H1N1, but these days we will have the results officially confirmed."

Confirm the death of another person with suspected AH1N1
