PAPILLION, Neb. ? Steven D. Gilmore, 29, of Papillion, Neb., died Nov. 11 at Bergan Mercy Medical Center from complications of H1N1. He was born Sept. 27, 1980, in Seoul, Korea, to Ricky and Kim Gilmore. He was a salesman for Markel Automotive Group in Omaha, Neb. He grew up in Papillion and attended Papillion-La Vista High School.

Survivors include his mother Kim and brother Michael Gilmore, both of Papillion; grandparents Sylvia Gilmore of Great Bend and Bob Gilmore of Lyons, grandmother Tong Ye Kim of Korea; aunts Debbie and Mike Rash of La Grange, Calif., Barb and Terry Thoren of Hoisington, and Sandy and Dean McMullen of Great Bend, and two more aunts who reside in Korea; Uncle Bob and Mindy Gilmore of Omaha, Neb. He was preceded in death by his father Ricky and grandfather Kyong Yul Kim.

Steven loved his family and many friends. He had a love of cars and riding his motorcycles. He will be greatly missed.

Services were Monday at Kahler-Dolce Mortuary. Interment was at Voss-Mohr Cemetery. Memorials suggested to the family?s choice.
