The state Health Department has identified Maui as the island where there was a small school outbreak of swine flu?reported earlier this month by state Epidemiologist Sarah Park.
She did not say at the time what school or island was involved, just that it was not on Oahu. The school is not being identified because the issue has been resolved and there is no risk, said Janice Okubo, Health Department spokeswoman.
