GUADALAJARA, JALISCO (09/MAY/2011) .-The Secretary of Health Jalisco (SSJ) brought the third case of Influenza TO H1N1 in Jalisco during 2011, it corresponds to a 21-year-old young man of age who came to external consultation of a hospital deprived of Guadalajara. In accordance with his clinical characteristics it was given him antiviral as he informs the dependency and it got about by sample to the State Laboratory. The patient resides in the colony The Calmness, Zapopan, and he is out of danger, in his domicile. The first one and the second case of this virus there were resgistrado in a 21-year-old young woman of age and in his-year-old daughter with eight months, residents of the colony Candelaria in Tlaquepaque, of whom they informed that none had precedents of vaccination against the virus A H1N1, from what the contagion was facilitated more. The young man of the third contagion initiated his clinical picture on April 23 and there came to consultation two days later, presenting fever, cough, migraine, rinorrea and vomiting. It was not provided with any morbidity. On April 28 the result of the sample was received and an epidemiologic study was realized.

The director General de Salud P?blica of the Secretary of Health Jalisco (SSJ), Mario M?rquez Amezcua, said that the pregnant women are insisted also to the persons younger than five years and major of 65 years of age, so that they should make a special effort taken care of his health and there should no be risk of co-morbidities. The virus A H1N1 was already included between the respiratory illnesses and it is necessary to prepare it and to give him suitable treatment. On the other hand for the epidemiologic week 17, the SSJ brought two new cases of fastidiousness classic type, presented in the municipalities of Tlajomulco and Tecalitl?n. The piled up one is 39 cases, 35 classic ones and four hemorr?gicos. The municipality with major presence of fastidiousness is a Port Vallarta with 11 records.
He is followed Tonal? with five, End Currents with three, by Guadalajara, Tlaquepaque, Tlajomulco and Zapopan with two and Ameca, Autl?n, Guachinango, Chopping, Tecalitl?n, Tuxpan and Zapotit?n de Vadillo with one respectively. Jalisco occupies 11avo national place for number of cases and 16avo for valuation of incidence that is 0.51, below the national average of 0.94. Colime heads the list with 7.39 for every 100 thousand inhabitants. To the same week but of 2010, Jalisco was bringing 499 cases, whereas in 2011 the piled up one is 39. This week the colonies that will be worked in Zapopan will be: Agricultural, The Brice?o; Tonal?, Hillocks of the Camichin and Nice Hillock; The Jump, head; Tlaquepaque, Quarter San Francisco and Quarter of Saint John, Cabbage.
