Apr 11, Colombo: The number of total confirmed COVID-19 coronavirus cases in Sri Lanka has risen to 198 according to the Health Promotion Bureau report released at 5 pm Saturday.

Health Ministry has confirmed that one new Coronavirus patients have been identified in the last 24 hours bringing the total active patients receiving treatment at hospitals to 13 while 165 individuals are currently under investigations in hospitals.

Seven patients have died and 54 patients including the Chinese tourist, who was the first COVID-19 case detected in the country in January and discharged earlier this month, have fully recovered and been discharged from hospitals.

Apr 12, Colombo: The number of total confirmed COVID-19 coronavirus cases in Sri Lanka has jumped to 210 today according to the Health Promotion Bureau report released at 10 pm Sunday.

Health Ministry has confirmed that 11 new Coronavirus patients have been identified today bringing the total active patients receiving treatment at hospitals to 147 while 154 individuals are currently under investigations in hospitals.

Seven patients have died and 56 patients including the Chinese tourist, who was the first COVID-19 case detected in the country in January and discharged earlier this month, have fully recovered and been discharged from hospitals.

Health Ministry has confirmed that two new Coronavirus patients have been identified today bringing the total active patients receiving treatment at hospitals to 168 while 144 individuals are currently under investigations in hospitals.

Seven patients have died and 63 patients including the Chinese tourist, who was the first COVID-19 case detected in the country in January and discharged last month, have fully recovered and been discharged from hospitals.

Sri Lanka isolated a navy camp near the capital Colombo after 30 sailors tested positive for the coronavirus on Thursday.

Apr 28, Colombo: Sri Lanka reported 23 new cases so far in the day, raising the total number of people contracted the coronavirus to 611, the Health Ministry said.

According to the Health Promotion Bureau report released at 8 pm Tuesday, 470 confirmed patients are receiving treatment at hospitals while 317 individuals are currently under investigations in hospitals.

Apr 29, Colombo: Sri Lanka reported 30 new cases today, raising the total number of people contracted the coronavirus to 649, the Health Ministry said.
