Una chica de 24 a?os ha sido la segunda v?ctima mortal de la gripe A en Arag?n tras haber permanecido ingresada en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos (UCI) del Hospital Miguel Servet desde el pasado 28 de octubre.

Seg?n informaron a Europa Press fuentes del Departamento de Consumo de Gobierno de Arag?n, el primer caso se produjo en septiembre, pero no se conoci? porque en el ?ltimo Consejo Interterritorial de Salud celebrado en Zaragoza se decidi? no informar sobre los casos graves, ni las muertes causadas por la gripe A, que "tiene una letalidad menor incluso que la gripe normal", apuntaron las mismas fuentes.

La joven, al igual que el primer fallecido, padec?a patolog?as previas que se complicaron a causa de la gripe A.

La tasa de incidencia de la gripe A en Arag?n es de 282,97 casos por 100.000 habitantes, "el registro m?s alto que ha habido hasta ahora" en la Comunidad aut?noma, y "ligeramente m?s bajo" que la media nacional, seg?n se?al? en rueda de prensa la consejera de Salud y Consumo, Luisa Mar?a Noeno.

Ante este aumento de casos, el Departamento de Salud ha creado un Punto de Atenci?n Continuada en las Urgencias del Hospital Materno Infantil de Zaragoza, con 492 casos atendidos desde el 31 de octubre. Adem?s, se han reforzado los Puntos de Atenci?n Continuada urbanos de Zaragoza y hay refuerzos puntuales en centros de salud.

La consejera record? tambi?n la clasificaci?n de la gripe a trav?s del tel?fono de Salud Informa (902 555 321), medida que calific? de "oportuna" ya que ha atendido a 1.376 personas por gripe desde el pasado 2 de noviembre.

Al 70 por ciento de los casos se les ha recomendado contenci?n domiciliaria, de forma que se les ha atendido en su vivienda, lo que, adem?s de mayor comodidad para el paciente, ha contribuido a no saturar los centros sanitarios.
