Francisco Navarro, director of health services, confirmed the third death from influenza A in Sonora.

This is a 25 year old woman who came from Navojoa to be treated by a problem pregnancy, but at birth the baby showed symptoms of influenza and died.

The murder happened at the Women's Hospital in early September.

The baby is reported in good health and has already been discharged.

It was further reported confirmed cases of influenza have increased 676 to be reported until Saturday and now stands at 737.

Hermosillo .- The Ministry of Public Health (SSP) State reported that increased to four the number of deaths that have occurred in Sonora as a result of influenza A (H1N1), from August to date.

The holder of a state agency, Bernardo Campillo Garcia, said that the fourth fatality is a male person of 25 years of age. In the press release, the state official explained that this person was a resident of the border city of San Luis Rio Colorado and originating Zapotlanejo, Jalisco.

He noted that the couple worked for most of the year in agricultural fields of California, United States, where he allegedly contracted the disease. He said that he returned to Sonora to visit his family and already had symptoms, but to feel bad he moved to Baja California for medical care and died in the city of Mexicali.

He reported that the Ministry of Public Health began a siege epidemiological entity in San Luis Rio Colorado, which has treated 30 people related to the family of this person and positive results have been influenza A (H1N1).

The first death as a result of this condition was registered on 17 August last, with the fourth death makes three men and one woman who have lost their lives for human influenza.

The death toll in Sonora because of the influenza A H1N1 increased to six, having seen in recent days, two more deaths, said state Health Secretary, Bernardo Garc?a Campillo.

The state official mentioned that one of the victims was a 15-year-old resident in the municipality of Cajeme.

He died on 23 of this month at the Hospital of the Mexican Social Security Institute in that city.

"The second was a 13-year residence in Nogales and treated at the Hospital Infantil del Estado de Sonora (HIES) in Hermosillo, expired this Saturday 26 September," he said.

Campillo Garcia said both children were asked all the relevant studies in the laboratory to confirm that the cause of death was Influenza A H1N1.

He urged the society to continue with preventive measures, such as personal hygiene by washing hands, not self-medicate, go to consultation when they feel symptoms of fever, headache and cough, and covered with a forearm to when sneezing.

People with risk factors such as pregnancy, smoking, overweight, hypertension and diabetes, ordered to take every measure of self-care, since they are the group most susceptible to seasonal influence and the A H1N1.

According to official data, have so far accumulated 935 cases of influenza A in the state.

Even before these deaths, the number was four deaths.

Hermosillo, Sonora .- The Ministry of Public Health (SSP) reported the seventh death from human influenza in Sonora, and reported that so far have confirmed 91 cases of the disease mil.

The state agency reported, through a statement that the seventh death was reported on 29 September and is a 24 year old woman, originally from Hermosillo, who was treated at the Hospital General del Estado (HGE).
