something going on with pneumonia in Thakurgaon

There are stories about pneumonia epidemic in Thakurgaon that seem to have been pulled from the web.
Going back in time, there seem to be an outbreak in children 6 deaths out of 100.

Blamed on the weather - too hot then too cold.

Anyone find anything out about this?
