So just how many coronavirus MERS patients have there been in Saudi Arabia? Apparently mildly symptomatic cases do not count (but are they contagious?

Our coronavirus case list here are the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Health announced cases. Earlier today on twitter I made the following comment because our case lists are only the patients who manage to get noticed and tested. For every 1 test positive case there is a multiplier of others who were never tested, and/or did not get very sick.
