Izvanredno cijepljenje i zatvaranje vrtića

SUTRA VEROVATNO PROGLA?ENJE EPIDEMIJE GRIPA TIPA A H1N1 U SRBIJI

Virus seje smrt

hospitals in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Nis, Kragujevac, Cacak and Uzice

BELGRADE - epidemiologists to announce that during the next week, probably tomorrow, could be

In u?ičkoj hospital yesterday, two persons are deceased, a man with whom it was confirmed that the suffering of
swine flu and one woman with suspicion that the H1N1 virus infected. In the case that with this
laboratory confirm that the patient was suffering from a new flu, the number of victims of the virus in Serbia for
less than a month climbed to seven. If we consider the data of the World Health
organizations in which states that an average of 1,000 patients a patient dies, in our country by
is at least 7,000 infected with the virus H1N1.

However, none of the authorities do not know the exact number of patients, but agree that the number is far greater than 249
Official laboratory-confirmed cases.

- The reason for the small official confirmation of cases is that the majority due to poor clinical picture does not address the
doctor but prele?i grip on the legs - said Dr. Goranka Loncarevic, the working group for
combating the pandemic.

According to her, by the end of last month, nearly 8000 patients had symptoms of swine
flu, but since no laboratory confirmation, Dr. Loncarevic says you can not talk about
official illness.

- That number will add the number of patients that have occurred during the last week, health
institutions with the same symptoms, so that the number of 8,000 obsolete. I repeat that no one in this
time sure can not say how many patients actually - is explained and emphasized Loncarevic
that among children of five to 14 years, currently three times more patients in relation to the overall
population.

Dr. Branislav Tiodorović, Chairman of the Working Group on pandemic also could not confirm that
in Serbia there are tens of thousands of patients.

- The only thing I can say that the number of infected certainly dramatically higher than the official data - said
Tiodorović.

Otherwise, the Nis Clinical Center yesterday with the boys from Vranje registered yet another difficult case
new flu. Dr. Zarko Rankovic, director of the Clinic for Infectious Diseases, Nis, said that
young man from Thursday is connected to a respirator and his condition is still serious. In this institution are
located another 22 patients with suspected new influenza.
In Kragujevac Clinical Center treated five patients with severe form of influenza, of which three were in
serious condition and were attached to the artificial lung. The pediatric clinic in Kragujevac hospitalized
has eight children, of whom four confirmed infections with the virus, while at the clinic Infektivnoj
27 hospitalized patients with the lighter form of the new flu. The Health Center "Studenica in
Kraljevo, after yet another case of infection adult A H1N1 virus, the number of patients treated
of a new flu climbed to 17th
