The many-to-most places in the world without the means for heavy screening or ability for quick response have been my greatest fear in this, honestly.

There's a whole lot of the world that is neither West Africa nor what we think of as "wealthy Western nations."

This is huge for Serbia. I hope their government will feel ok asking for help with the logistics, if they need it. Of course, then, I have to hope that they would receive the help, which I'd love to be sure, but am not.

I would guess that these are people who are migrating out of Africa, looking for work or to escape the Ebola epidemic.
