Robert W. Howell
Born Dec 27, 1969 in Sacramento, passed away Nov 1, 2009 from complications of H1N1. Mom Jane Lohmeyer Howell, Sister Kathleen Fitzpatrick, Grandparent Ruth Byrne, Uncle Richard Lohmeyer & everyone who ever knew him, will miss his charm, his mischievous sense of humor & his great laugh. Thanks to all in the Special Ed field who helped Rob grow & live a happy life. He taught us kindness & patience, to find joy in the smallest of things & an understanding what's truly important in life. Remembrances to the UCP, SAAGE Program at 2230 Arden Way, Suite D, Sac, 95825 or a charity benefiting children with special challenges are greatly appreciated. No Services.
