Swine Flu Breaks out in Russia


Moscow, August 10 (KCNA) -- Swine flu broke out in Krasnodar Territory, Russia.

50 pigs were confirmed to have died of the swine flu in a district of the territory, said the Russian Ministry of Extraordinary Situation on August 7.

The government declared the state of emergency and is taking emergency steps to prevent the disease from spreading.
